SRT Redundancy Proxy MULTI
Operate multiple independent SRT input-to-output relay paths.
Overview
Use this guide for several independent relay instances, each forwarding one input to as many as two destinations.
Installation
- Install the application from its verified distribution link below.
- Prepare a unique input and destination map for every relay instance.
- Check port conflicts before enabling multiple listeners on the same computer.
Basic configuration
- Create the required relay instances.
- Configure each input and its associated outputs independently.
- Use distinct listening ports where instances share an interface.
- Start and verify one relay path before enabling the next.
Main operations
Use the per-instance status to keep faults within the correct signal path. Verify the input first, followed by each enabled output.
Checks before use
- Keep a written mapping between instance, source, and destinations.
- Confirm aggregate network capacity as relay instances are added.
- Test failure handling before relying on the arrangement in production.
Troubleshooting
